I have shot overhead boom pinups several times in the past. They have to be done with the camera connected to my laptop and I control the shots from there. It's a little different style of shooting. You need to get your settings right because adjusting is not fun.

I asked Whitney to pose in this setup for me featuring vinyl albums from my collection. She came to the session wearing the perfect t-shirt, and then changed later into a cute little outfit. It turned out great. I am happy with the experiment, and I will be doing more of these images in the near future as I perfect my setup.
