One of my co-workers spotted this bird outside our office windows about a week ago. I have been bringing in my camera for over a week trying to get pictures of it, but my ongoing feud with Mother Nature prevented it. If the camera was present, the bird was gone, until today.

I stood up to talk to someone this morning and this little beauty was sitting right outside my window. I got a bunch of shots before it finally flew off. I would have liked to get one of it in flight, but it left before I coud set up to catch it.

I am hoping that it will be back again in the next few days and I can get some better images. We shall see.
