In October of 2009 I started a 5 year run doing photography for the Step Out: Walk To Stop Diabetes for their Valencia, California group. The first year I shot team photos at the event, and then in 2010 I started shooting the photos for the mile markers used along the walk route. It was always a wonderful time working with this group.

The images below are the team photos from the 2013 Step Out walk. I drove to LA from my current home in Las Vegas, NV to shoot both the mile markers in June and the event in October. I was going to make this my last year shooting Step Out, but I think I will do it one last time in 2014 before we make our move to Colorado.

I really love the people involved in this event and I need to do the event if I can.
