2010 - Rocks

My good friend Seth is a collector of rocks. We both wanted to do some macro photography, and he decided a good way to do that was photographing his collection.

He brought over a bunch of his best pieces and we set up in my garage studio. We took turns shooting with our respective lights and cameras. We did some special setups and long exposures. My favorite being the purple crystal with the light source behind it.

It was a fun evening, one I hope we will repeat many times as years go by.
