Thriving Ivory at Fillmore West

Nepotism is a wonderful thing. My sister was helping to manage Thriving Ivory and they were about to play at The Fillmore West in San Francisco. She asked me to come and shoot the show. The Fillmore! I was going to shoot at one of the greatest clubs of all time. Think about the people who have played there. Magic has occurred on that stage.

The band was riding high on their single Angels On The Moon and they put on a terrific show. These are the best of the images I captured that night.

I have shot Thriving Ivory several times and I have a pretty nice collection of images from those years. Wish they had stayed together.
