Roadside Ostrich

We made a quick stop at Ostrichland USA roadside ostrich farm in California. I spent a few minutes capturing portraits of some beauties.

Shot with my new Canon 20D and the crappy 18-55mm kit lens it came with.

The fact that they were very willing subjects and I had a beautiful day in which to shoot meant easy success in the images. Things like this spurred me to keep going.
