Sarah 'Metalynne' Lynne

Metalynne came to my attention by accident. After seeing her insulted by someone online I suggested a photo shoot to show the world the real woman behind all of the great metal tunes she posts as part of her shows on Google+.

We set up in my studio with a great Flying V guitar, my Red Yamaha bass and an amp (Guitar and amp loaned to us graciously by Brad Cohen) as props. Metalynne came with a minimal set of outfits but was very focused on how she wanted to look. We did attempt a pinup style image as well but we quickly moved off of that and back to her more metalish images. I think she may have been a little shy at this first shoot and not willing to take the look to a true metal extreme, but we are planning a second shoot where I think we will find he true metal side.

Personally, I think Metalynne's first session with me came out great. I am truly looking forward to the next one.
